All the exercise I got on Thursday was walking around an outlet mall. After a day in the car, I feel more sore than I did after running.
I ate semi-poorly, too. I had a slice of mall pizza with spinach and mushrooms. The slices are clearly too big and loaded with cheese. Other than that, It was probably another day where I didn't balance my eating across the day and ate too much in the evening.
